What We Work With

Premium Materials,
Precision Carved

We machine across a curated range of substrates — each selected for durability, finish quality, and carving responsiveness. No shortcuts, no compromise.

Composite Panel

WPC

Wood Plastic Composite

A high-density engineered panel combining wood fiber and polymer — moisture resistant, termite proof, and dimensionally stable for all climates.

  • Waterproof

  • Termite Proof

  • Outdoor Grade

  • Low Maintenance

Best For

Facades, exterior cladding, wet areas, feature walls, high-traffic commercial interiors.

Engineered Board

MDF

Medium Density Fibreboard

The industry standard for fine interior detailing. Uniform density across the board means crisp edges, smooth surfaces, and consistent deep-relief results.

  • Smooth Finish

  • Paint Ready

  • Deep Relief

  • Cost Effective

Best For

Interior wall panels, ceilings, furniture fronts, mandala art, decorative doors.

Metal Composite

ACP

Aluminium Composite Panel

Two aluminium sheets bonded to a polyethylene core — ultra-light, weather-resistant, and perfect for signage, facades, and modern geometric compositions.

  • Ultra Lightweight

  • Weatherproof

  • Modern Aesthetic

  • Durable

Best For

Shop fronts, exterior facades, office interiors, 3D signage and branding elements.

High Density Board

HDHMR

High Density High Moisture Resistant

A premium upgrade over standard MDF — significantly harder, denser, and moisture resistant. Ideal where strength and longevity matter as much as aesthetics.

  • High Strength

  • Moisture Resistant

  • Screw Holding

  • Long Lasting

Best For

Kitchen carcasses, modular furniture, doors, heavily used interiors requiring durability.

Transparent Medium

Acrylic

Cast & Extruded Acrylic Sheet

The premium choice for backlit applications. Laser-clear transparency, vibrant colour options, and smooth machining make acrylic ideal for illuminated art and signage.

  • Backlit Ready

  • Crystal Clear

  • UV Stable

  • Coloured Options

Best For

Backlit panels, LED installations, 3D logos, retail displays, decorative screens.

  • Heritage Aesthetic

  • Luxury Finish

Natural Material — New

Stone

Sandstone · Marble · Granite · Slate

Now available — precision CNC carving on natural stone. From intricate jali screens in sandstone to detailed relief work in marble, we bring millimetre-accurate machining to one of the world's oldest materials. Each piece is unique; no two cuts are ever the same.

  • Sandstone

  • Marble

  • Granite

  • Slate

Best For

Backlit panels, LED installations, 3D logos, retail displays, decorative screens.

  • Mahogany

Heritage Craft

Natural Wood

Walnut · Teak · Oak · Mahogany · Sheesham

Classic, high-detail relief carving in select hardwoods. Each piece hand-finished to bring out the warmth, grain, and character that only natural timber can offer. The pinnacle of the CNC carver's craft.

  • Walnut

  • Teak

  • Oak

Best For

Custom carved doors, pooja rooms & temple interiors, luxury bedroom, heritage home restorations, high-end hotel lobbies, decorative ceiling panels.

Material FAQs for CNC Carving

Q1: What are the best materials for detailed 3D carving?
A1: For ultra-fine detail, high-density materials like HDHMR, Acrylic, and certain hardwoods (Teak, Walnut) perform best as they maintain crisp edges without fracturing.

Q2: Is MDF suitable for outdoor signage?
A2: Standard MDF is not recommended for outdoor use. For exterior projects, we utilize WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) or ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) as they are fully weatherproof and moisture resistant.

Q3: Can natural stone be carved into intricate patterns?
A3: Yes, our advanced CNC machinery can carve complex geometric and floral patterns in marble, sandstone, and granite, suitable for architectural feature walls and screens.

Q4: What is the maximum thickness of material you can process?
A4: We can machine sheets and slabs up to 100mm in thickness depending on the substrate and the depth of the relief required.

Q5: Do you provide the material, or can I supply my own?
A5: We maintain a curated stock of premium graded substrates, but we are also happy to process material supplied by architects and contractors provided it meets our quality standards.

Q6: How does Acrylic perform in backlit installations?
A6: Cast acrylic is the gold standard for backlighting. It offers exceptional light diffusion and clear transparency, making it perfect for illuminated 3D logos and retail displays.

Q7: What makes WPC different from natural wood?
A7: WPC is an engineered composite that provides the look of wood but is 100% termite-proof and waterproof, making it a maintenance-free alternative for exterior facades.

Q8: Can you achieve mirror-like finishes on CNC carved ACP?
A8: Yes, ACP comes in various factory finishes including high-gloss and brushed metal. Our precision carving exposes the core or adds texture while preserving the surface finish.

Q9: Is natural wood carving more expensive than engineered boards?
A9: Generally, yes. Natural timber requires careful grading and hand-finishing after the CNC process to enhance the natural grain, whereas boards like MDF are more cost-effective for large-scale production.

Q10: What kind of precision can I expect for technical components?
A10: Our machinery operates with a precision of 0.1mm, ensuring that even technical joinery or intricate mandala art is carved with absolute dimensional accuracy.
